Q. Are the flowers real?
A. All of our creations are made from artificial flowers. These flowers have been meticulously chosen and sourced based on quality craftsmanship that make them look and feel real. We refer to them as the name of the flowers that they were made to resemble, but each only captures the likeness of said flower.
Q. How do payments work?
A. Your payment will be charged in full, up front. You will also receive a pre authorized payment for potential damage deposit. If your event requires additional services, you will receive an invoice with the associated charges.
Q. How far does your included delivery fees cover?
A. We will deliver for no extra charge within 25 km of our warehouse in Vancouver, and pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM. Deliveries outside the designated zone, and/or pickup times after 9:00 PM can be scheduled for additional fees. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for delivery that is free of extra charges, give us the address and we will be happy to let you know.

Q. What are the fees for pickups after 9:00 PM?
A. $50 per additional half hour from 9:00 PM until 12:00 AM

​Q. How much does delivery cost if it is not within 25 km of your warehouse in Vancouver?
A. If your location exceeds 25 km, there will be an approximate charge of $1/km for any additional travel. If you are further than Whistler or Chilliwack, you will need to contact a member of our team so that we can confirm if we can accommodate your request. If ferry services are required to reach your venue please inquire about additional fees and feasibility. We do not offer service across the US border at this time.​

Q. Am I allowed to use these products outdoors?
A. Yes, our products look lovely in outdoor spaces, however, they can not be left out overnight and they cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the decor is outside we will come get the rentals early.
Q. What if I want to see the decor in person first?
A. We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kinds of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Q. Can I rent your products even if I am already working with a florist?
A. Yes! this should not be a problem. Many florists have non-compete clauses, however, we are a rental company and do not work with live flowers so our services should not conflict.
