By renting our product you agree to these terms and conditions, please read carefully:

Disclaimer: By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look real, and are named after real flowers, they are in fact artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is named after, or referred to.
Payments, Fees & Services
All payments are expected upfront in full, where 25% of the rental fee is considered a retainer. After completing your booking you have a 24 hour grace period window to cancel your booking. Within this grace period, Alluring Botanical Rentals will keep the amount equivalent to the payment processing fees and refund the remaining amount to the customer, waving the retainer fee and the remainder of the rental fee. This 24 hour grace period only pertains to customers renting items with a minimum of 30 days advance notice. Any rentals booked within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date will be considered final sale and will not be eligible for refunds or compensation of any kind.

Price is for 1 setup/location only. The price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. This remains true even when the two locations are at the same venue (ie: outdoor ceremony and indoor reception).

We will deliver your product, set it up, and pick it up within 25 km of our Vancouver warehouse, as a service included in the rental prices if your pickup is before 9:00 pm. If your location exceeds 25 km radius, we typically charge $1/km for additional travel. We do not typically travel beyond Whistler or Chilliwack, anything further, you will need to contact one of our team members to ensure that we can accommodate you. At this time, we do not offer deliveries to locations that require ferry travel. We also do not cross international borders.

The delivery cost for orders outside of 25 km is determined based on location and whether or not it involves setup from our movers and/or florist. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for delivery at no extra cost, email us with your event address and we will be happy to let you know.
Any pickups past 9PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can be found below.
9:30 PM charge of $50
10:00 PM charge of of $100
10:30 PM charge of $150
11:00 PM charge of $200
11:30 PM charge of $250
12:00 AM charge of $300
Once you have paid for your rental items, your order will be secured for you for your selected date. You will then receive a form sent to your email that will ask you important details about your event including location and time. This form will be used to calculate any additional fees that may occur, including multiple set up locations, late pick up or destinations outside of our designated delivery zone. Please fill this out as soon as possible. Without this information, Alluring Botanical Rentals would not be able to appropriately prepare for this delivery and it can serve as grounds for Alluring Botanical Rentals to cancel your contract. In the case that additional fees are charged, the remaining balance due must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event. If payment of balance due is not made, Alluring Botanical Rentals reserves the right to close this contract based on the discretion of Alluring Botanical Rentals. In this case there would be no refunded amount. If Alluring Botanical Rentals determines the contract can still be fulfilled after this date and you wish to continue the contract, there will be a 10% fee added to the balance due and an additional 10% fee for each 7 days that the balance is late. Any extraordinary costs incurred due to the late payment will be passed on to you.
Product Handling
No rentals of any kind can be left outside overnight. The rentals cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the decor is outside we will come get the rentals early. No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval. There will be no refunds or compensation if you do not get to use your rental for your intended duration due to weather. If you have a back up plan that accommodates weather constraints (ie an event tent or indoor alternative) we will relocate your decor to this alternate location instead of removing it entirely.

Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period of time, you will be charged 4 times the rental cost of the item. These will take place as pre-authorized transactions at checkout and will be automatically charged if damage or theft occurs.

For your ease and convenience, as well as the safety of you and our products, our team will be the only ones moving the rental items. This pertains to insurance purposes as well as the fact that these arches are large and do not fit through most doorways and may need to be disassembled. Our team has the appropriate tools, equipment and knowledge of the products to ensure this process goes smoothly.
Venue and Location Limitations
Alluring Botanical Rentals is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer; Alluring Botanical Rentals will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Alluring Botanical Rentals.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order for any reason, Alluring Botanical Rentals requires a 90 day cancellation notice. Upon cancellation, you will not be refunded in full.

During the 24 hour grace period after your initial booking, your retainer (25% of the rental cost) will be waived and the only charges that will not be refunded to the customer are the third party processing fees associated with the transaction.
When given the appropriate notice, 90 days or more, you will not be refunded the retainer (25% of the rental cost), any payment processing fees that occur during these transactions, and any other relevant charges. Alluring Botanical Rentals reserves the right to withhold the equivalent value of services that have already been performed at the time of cancellation. Depending on the nature of your event, if the value of our services exceed the retainer fee - including, but not limited to, time we spent in communication with you, the time spent forming this proposal, any time spent working on your event preparations, fees charged by our banking institution for refunds, etc - Alluring Botanical Rentals will calculate the appropriate compensation and refund the customer the remaining amount.

If less than 90 days notice is given, you are not eligible for a refund or compensation of any kind. If you book your rentals with less than 90 days notices (and greater than 30 days notice), you are entitled to the 24 hr grace period. After that window closes, you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation of any kind.

Alluring Botanical Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Alluring Botanical Rentals reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Alluring Botanical Rentals feels that the obligations cannot be met. Alluring Botanical Rentals does not tolerate any kind of abuse or poor conduct towards our team members and will cancel a contract if we do not feel comfortable moving forward. Alluring Botanical Rentals will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that Alluring Botanical Rentals informs you.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Terms, the Privacy Policy, use of our website, or our products or services offered on our website will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes, actions or proceedings relating to the Terms or your access to or use of our website and services must be brought before the courts of the Province of British Columbia in the City of Vancouver, British Columbia and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
