Rent

Renting with us is made simple!

​​Choose your specific item and click “Book Now” to view the calendar and availability of this item. 

  • Note: there must be at least two weeks notice for any bookings. 

  • Note: Each available day has one time slot. By default it will say 9:00 am, however, your rental delivery and set up will be dependent on the specific details of your event that you will provide us.

Click the desired date and press “Next”

Fill out the necessary contact information and press “Book Now” or “Add to Cart.” If you wish to book more than one item, double check that they are both booked for the same date!

This payment will secure your rental for your selected date. You will then receive a form sent to your email that will ask you important details about your event including location and time. Please fill this out as soon as possible. This form will be used to calculate any additional fees that may occur, including multiple set up locations, late pick up or destinations outside of our designated delivery zone.

All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 25 km of our warehouse. The delivery cost for orders outside of 25 km will be determined based on the location of your venue and whether or not it involves additional setups from our movers and/or florist. Please email us and we can give you a quote for this price based on these factors. Any pickups past 9:00 PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can be found on our terms and conditions page.​​​

For your connivence, the rentals will be picked up promptly at the end of your event.

Price is for 1 setup/location only. The rental fee you pay also covers our movers and/or florist to set this item up once, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired decor is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.​

We will deliver your products, set them up, and pick them up within 25 km of our Vancouver warehouse, as a service included in the rental fees, assuming your pickup is before 9:00 pm. If your location exceeds 25 km radius, we typically charge $1/km for additional travel. We do not typically travel beyond Whistler or Chilliwack, anything further, you will need to contact one of our team members to ensure that we can accommodate this request. At this time, we do not offer deliveries to locations that require ferry travel. We also do not cross international borders.

Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired place. 

​

If you require any item moved from the ceremony, to the reception, or transported in any way, an additional moving and setup fee will be required. Our products are very large, and many do not fit through doors. They may need to be disassembled. Our team has the appropriate tools, equipment and knowledge of the products to ensure this process goes smoothly. This policy remains in place even when the two locations are at the same venue (ie: outdoor ceremony and indoor reception). For your ease, safety, liability purposes and care of our products you are required to follow these guidelines.

We will work directly with your venue for set up, delivery, set up and pick up, so you don't have to! Therefore, we ask for the name, address, and phone number of your venue.
